This document "User Agreement" is an offer of the Internet service "expert-smm.website" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"), to conclude an agreement on the terms of the Agreement set forth below.

2.2. The administration of the service undertakes to provide the service for each post within 3 days (72 hours) from the moment of its publication.
2.3. If the post or account has been hidden, the administration of the service is not responsible for this.
2.4. The site administration considers cases of reimbursement of funds on an individual basis. In case of non-fulfillment of paid services by the service, cancellation of the agreement by the customer. In other cases, the Site Administration does not consider cases of reimbursement of funds.
3. General guarantees of the User3.1. The User has the right to perform in good faith the services purchased through the Site in accordance with this Agreement.
3.2. The data specified in the description of the services of the Site are not formally defined. The user can be guaranteed only similar indicators of speed and deadlines (within 3 days (72 hours) from the moment of its publication).
4. Ensuring security when paying with plastic cardsTo pay for goods with a bank card, when placing an order in the online store, select the payment method: by bank card.

4.2. The payment system has a confirmed certificate of compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard in terms of storage, processing and transmission of cardholder data. 4.3. No one, including our "expert-smm" online store, can receive your bank card details or other data necessary to make a payment.
5. Guarantees provided for by the terms of service of the Site5.1. Any purchased service entails undesirable consequences for the User for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
5.2. For some of the services provided, prevention against undesirable consequences is guaranteed for a certain period. The duration of the period is indicated in the list of services of the Site for a certain category.
5.3. If there is a warranty period for a particular service provided by the Administration after the end of its provision, the User will experience undesirable consequences, the User has the right to apply to the Administration for the elimination of the consequences that have arisen by fulfilling obligations to provide services. The acquisition of a new service entails the expiration of the warranty period of the previous one for the same User. In exceptional cases, the Administration has the right to refuse a guarantee.
6. Disclaimer6.1. The administration of the Internet service "expert-smm.website" is not responsible for any damage caused to you, including material, but not limited to it. During the direct provision of a service purchased through the Site, sanctions from Instagram and other platforms are excluded. After the provision of any purchased service, the Administration unilaterally disclaims responsibility for all possible consequences, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.
6.2. During the provision of purchased services using the Site, it is not recommended to use third-party services that provide the same or similar services. Otherwise, the full and partial provision of the services of the Site is not guaranteed.
6.3. When the User pays for the service ordered on the Site and further confirms it, the transaction is not retroactive, the obligations of the parties are not liquidated, the funds are not returned. Any negative consequences associated with this paragraph of the rules do not oblige the Administration to compensate for the damage caused.
7. Privacy Policy7.1. The Administration does not use the data specified by the User during registration and authorization, as well as when purchasing services through the Site, for their own personal purposes and interests, and also does not violate the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen in relation to privacy. Exceptions are cases of direct violation of the current legislation.
